2. Collection: Company (organization) name, proposer name, phone number, and email address.
3. Retention: The collected data will be retained for 90 days after the proposal is submitted to provide consultation services related to the partnership proposal and deleted immediately thereafter. If a partnership proposal is rejected or declined, the submitted data will be deleted immediately.

Kakao does not provide individual responses regarding the progress or outcome of proposal reviews. If you wish to withdraw your proposal, you may request withdrawal through Kakao. Upon receiving your request, Kakao will promptly process the withdrawal and then immediately delete your proposal. Please note that withdrawal is only possible while the proposal remains in the “Registered” status before the review process begins. You can withdraw your partnership proposal using the link included in the email containing your proposal registration number.

Kakao does not enter into separate non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) for proposals and assumes no obligation to maintain the confidentiality of any trade or business secrets contained in the submitted materials. Therefore, please ensure that your proposal does not include confidential or proprietary business information.

All proposals will be reviewed in good faith. If a proposal is deemed to have commercial potential, Kakao may initiate separate discussions or procedures, such as entering into a partnership agreement, through consultation with the proposer. However, please note that the proposed content may overlap with business initiatives Kakao is already pursuing internally or with ideas previously proposed by third parties. Consequently, Kakao’s review of a proposal does not constitute any commitment to enter into a partnership or does it imply recognition of the novelty, originality, or priority rights of the proposal’s content.

Proposals that are unrelated to potential business partnerships with Kakao or that are based on requests for meetings or direct business discussions may not be accepted.
